Ffamco Ltd. is essentially a service company and therefore we work on a fee basis. The fees charged are based on time and actual expenses according to the tariff below; ( correct at July 2005). Where the Ffamco Ltd. service is an introduction to a supplier of goods and a purchase is completed, the Ffamco Ltd. costs are paid by the supplier in the form of a commission and there are no extra costs for our clients. In all other transactions, where we remain independent of commission fees, such as advice from banks, investment companies and valuers etc., clients will receive a billing advice direct from Ffamco Ltd. based on our current tariff.
